Tuscan bread

One of the few mills in Tuscany which grinds ancient grain to produce the Tuscan bread: crumbly, full of unusual perfumes, soft crumb , thick crust, without salt, characteristics that distinguish this bred from other regions in Italy. Today I put a “like” on their facebook page because I think it should be rewarded the genuineness of this bread and the authenticity of this mill.
